Pamela's Simplebites Ginger Mini Snapz are really yummy ginger cookies. They do contain eggs so if you are allergic to eggs (or don't eat eggs), these wouldn't be for you.
Celiac and gluten sensitivity are hereditary. This means family members (siblings, children, parents and grandparents) will probably have it too. We had celiac and gluten sensitivity gene tests done at Enterolab (read their FAQ pages) on our two oldest children. The test is done via cotton swap in the mouth (so it's not invasive like the small intestine biopsy). My daughter has the celiac and a gluten sensitive gene. My son has two gluten sensitive genes. My husband had a blood test done somewhere else for the celiac gene and it came back positive. He also has the gluten sensitive gene (since our son has two gluten sensitive genes).
We homeschool our children. I create interactive felt sets for children. Also, I have an educational website and sell products on my websites.

Also, our family has been dairy-free since Jan. 2001. (My husband and I are lactose intolerant. This can be caused from the celiac disease.) We have been gluten-free since December 2003. After that, my symptoms of bloating, constipation, diarrhea, canker sores (my husband's went away too), migraine headaches, extra skinny, etc. went away. (It is possible to be overweight and celiac.) I realized that the lactose intolerance was due to gluten intolerant (you can't eat grains like wheat, spelt, barley, rye, cross-contaminated oats, etc.). I feel better being gluten and dairy free.
