Pamela's Simplebites Ginger Mini Snapz are really yummy ginger cookies. They do contain eggs so if you are allergic to eggs (or don't eat eggs), these wouldn't be for you.

(My husband and I are lactose intolerant. This can be caused from the celiac disease.) We have been gluten-free since December 2003. After that, my symptoms of bloating, constipation, diarrhea, canker sores (my husband's went away too), migraine headaches, extra skinny, etc. went away. (It is possible to be overweight and celiac.) I realized that the lactose intolerance was due to gluten intolerant (you can't eat grains like wheat, spelt, barley, rye, cross-contaminated oats, etc.).
